Job Description
& Requirements
1. To provide social and emotional support to identified
students through daily interaction via mentoring and
counselling
2. To support the holistic development of identified
students by connecting with them through building of
positive relationships
3. To support the Key Personnel (KP) in the planning and
conducting of intervention and engagement activities
in building a sense of belonging to the school and
developing character in the identified students through
positive discipline
4. To provide feedback on activities and the identified
students through observation and experience, raise
concerns on any issues, and highlight the needs of the
identified students to the KP for further intervention or
support. To provide written reports on these matters
5. To manage all related administrative duties and
relevant data
6. To support the KP in external engagement of the
identified students namely out of school activities and
house visits
7. To support the School Personnel (SP) in all activities
and groups under UPLIFT and ESP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
