Accounts Executive (Contract - 1 year) Location: Neythal Road - Company transport at Lakeside mrt Working hours: 8am to 6pm Working days: 5 days work week Salary: Max $3000 Role Responsibilities The Accounts Executive (Contract - 1 year) Location: Neythal Road - Company transport at Lakeside mrt Working hours: 8am to 6pm Working days: 5 days work week Salary: Max $3000 Role Responsibilities The ideal candidate should be detail oriented with a personable character. Duties and responsibilities include: . Handle the full spectrum of the Accounts Payable function . Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording vendors invoices . Resolve AP related issue with internal and external stakeholders . Perform monthly reimbursement expenses claim for Employees . Prepare monthly purchases/inventory reports . Maintain fixed asset schedule . Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Finance Team Role Requirement . Certificate or Diploma in Accountancy . Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting . Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge in Sage 50 /PeachTree accounting system would be advantageous . Candidate who can commence work immediately will be given priority
