The ideal candidate should bring at least 7 years of experience in supporting enterprise users and be willing to engage in a 24x7 support operation, including rotational on-call responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers/users to provide technical support for Zscaler platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues and fostering positive customer experiences.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Zscaler ZIA portal, including configuring firewall control policies, GRE/IPsec tunnel setups, location/sublocation policies, URL/cloud app controls, SSL inspection policies, Advanced Threat Protection policies, and Source IP anchoring.
• Exhibit strong familiarity with network protocol analyzers such as tcpdump and Wireshark, along with network security concepts including SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to address network issues using tools like Ping, Traceroute, and MTR, with expertise in protocols like HTTP, SMTP, FTP, and DNS.
• Hold mandatory Zscaler certifications (ZIA & ZPA), with additional certifications and experience with other proxy vendors being advantageous.
• Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within matrixed and distributed team setups.

Qualifications:

• Zscaler Trained and Certified (ZIA & ZPA)
• Additional certifications and experience with other proxy vendors preferred
• Minimum of 7 years\' experience supporting enterprise customers/users
• Proficiency in network protocol analyzers and network security concepts
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with network diagnostic tools
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in diverse team environments.
