Scope of Work * Managing the full spectrum of HR functions and accountability for setting the strategic direction, implementation, analysis and improvement of HR services and processes * Develop Scope of Work Managing the full spectrum of HR functions and accountability for setting the strategic direction, implementation, analysis and improvement of HR services and processes Develop recruitment strategies to drive strategic manpower planning with business units to meet current and future business needs Support leaders with comprehensive guidance on HR policy and statutory obligations Support the performance management cycle (including objective setting and improvement plans) Partner and communicate regularly with leaders and employees to ensure delivery of the full portfolio of HR programs and initiatives Provide daily HR guidance and support to internal stakeholders Pre-requisites Degree ' Human Resources or Business Preferably with 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Business Partner Excellent people management skills, and effective communicator To lead, manage and drive projects independently Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel and Powerpoint)
