• Position : HRBP - (Human Resource Business Partner/HR Generalist) * Location : North Buona Vista Drive * Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm * Salary (commensurate with experi Position : HRBP - (Human Resource Business Partner/HR Generalist) Location : North Buona Vista Drive Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7000 + AWS + 18 Days + Performance Bonus (depending on performance) - Salary Open to Discussion Duration : Permanent Industry : Shipping - Well Established Company Main Responsibilities: Working closely with the assigned department in general HR operational matters, such as recommendation on salary revisions, promotions & equity reviews, employee relations matters, etc. Executing and ensuring compliance for various HR programs / initiatives, such as performance appraisal, employee surveys, etc. Working with assigned business units on employee progression activities, such as promotion requests, salary reviews, transfers, etc. Providing HR advisory to management of your assigned business units on general employee relations matters and facilitate problem solving. Partnering with Talent Management Team to identify and manage talents Prepare HR documents such as employment offer letters, transfer, termination letters, etc Keep updated on best HR practices, industry norms and employment regulations and make recommendations for policy changes where required Requirements: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
