Description
The Communications Specialist is responsible for coordinating the smooth operations of Asia Pacific communication activities, working closely with Marcom managers and HR stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the creation of creatives and graphics (e.g. physical or digital banners, email templates)
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of internal communication emails and newsletters to staff using the internal email distribution platform, working with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate the smooth running of the regional virtual sessions
- Curate and distribute the monthly regional newsletters
- Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in marketing, communication, digital media, social media
- The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a communication or digital marketing specialist, or as a copywriter.
- Demonstrable experience in coordinating and managing email distribution lists and marketing databases.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Advanced MS Powerpoint skills
- Well-organised and demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Copywriting experience would be a plus
- Experience in creative design would be a plus
