1. Marketing and Events
- . Support the team in events planning (Internal and external) in areas not restricted to budgeting, activities planning, equipment planning, venue and etc.
- . Ensure paperwork are submitted on time, requisition are processed and payment are made.
- . Support in Pure requisition for team
- . KOL FMV administrator to ensure all KOL are paid according to Fair Market Value
- . Brochure management, ensure brochures are organized in an orderly manner and are up to date.
- . Onsite support for events ensuring necessary materials is available on display
- . Liaise with agency/ vendor for booth set up and design of communication materials
- . Work closely with stakeholders to ensure arrival of machine.
- . Secretarial support for the Head of Sales and Service (MED) in areas not restricted to claims, travel, accommodation, report consolidation, minutes taking and tabulation of report when necessary
- Min Diploma/Degree
- Min 3-4 years digital marketing experience
