You will be part of the Employee Support & Advisory team within HR Shared Services to deliver customer-centric experience to various stakeholders. You will be responsible for executing HR operational processes from pre-onboarding to exit.
Job Responsibilities
You will provide professional support and ensure prompt and smooth execution of the employee life cycle activities, adhering to the local regulations and OCBC Group\xe2\x80\x99s policies.
\xc2\xb7 Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, employee declaration etc.
\xc2\xb7 Initiate post-employment screenings and highlight discrepancies flagged out in screening reports to the respective HR Business Partners
\xc2\xb7 Manage other staff movement activities such as transfers, secondment, conversions of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment
\xc2\xb7 Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required
\xc2\xb7 Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or dependents
\xc2\xb7 Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems
\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system
\xc2\xb7 Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders
\xc2\xb7 Any other duties or projects assigned
Qualifications
Requirement
\xc2\xb7 Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
\xc2\xb7 At least two years of relevant experience within the financial services industry is preferred
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of the Employment Act
\xc2\xb7 High level of initiative, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organisation skills
\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
\xc2\xb7 Positive working attitude, results oriented and have a process and service-focused mind-set
\xc2\xb7 Energised by a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to multi-task and manage high volume work, with minimum supervision
