Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.You will support the HR Shared Services department in one of the areas below.Office Location:UBIX - 25 Ubi Road 4, Singapore 408621 (From July 2024 onwards)ResponsibilitiesHR OperationsResponsible for HR data administration and operationsEnsure proper documentation of employee personnel files and recordsEnsure proper update of employee HR data including job and pay changesManage the onboarding and off boarding processes for all employeesPrepare HR letters such as offer letters, annual salary increments, confirmation and other employment lettersAssist in the preparation of quarterly/monthly headcount reports/MOM surveysAssist in the preparation/execution of HR initiatives such as Long Service Awards, Annual Health ScreeningConduct employment reference checksManage Work Pass applications/renewalsManage corporate passes, order hampers/wreath and special offers for staffPrepare and share staff announcementsManage audit and liaison with auditorsOther ad-hoc tasks/projectsHR PayrollReview and approve payroll and benefits details covering the whole spectrum of payroll, leave and benefits processingWorking closely with the outsourced vendor for payroll processingVerify expenses, claims on shift allowance, overtime and other allowances paid via payrollReview monthly payroll, headcount reconciliations & variance analysisEnsure proper documentation and timely and accurate submissions of payroll, CPF, income tax for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlinesEnsure timely submission of government paid leave applications such as National Service leave, Paternity Leave, Maternity leave, Childcare leave etc.Ensure statutory compliances and liaise with banks, auditors and other regulatory bodiesCompile statutory and other statistical information ad hoc reports/surveys as requiredManage payroll audit and liaise with internal and external auditorInvolve in systems implementation and upgradingAssist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for corporate level planning, management reporting, and analysis to senior managementAny other adhoc responsibilities as assignedRequirementsMinimally a Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant disciplinesAt least 2 or more years of relevant working experienceProficient in MS Office applicationsSelf-driven and able to work independently under tight schedulesExperience in a Shared Services environment and knowledge of Workday system will be an advantageThe position may be on permanent or 1 year contract, depends on management\'s decision and availability.Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulationsMeticulous and good with numbers.Benefits
