Working Hours: Mon - Thu 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Conduct regular price comparison to ensure products are obtained at competitive prices.
Facilitate procurement process and establish contracts where applicable.
Obtain 3 quotations from the suppliers
Liaise with suppliers and other institutions on matters relating to the supplies of products, inclusive of price and product discrepancies, urgent delivery, need for loan/trial.
Perform administrative duties
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
Able to start work immediately or with 1-2 weeks of notice
Diploma holders in any discipline
Min. 2 years of procurement experience
SAP experience is a must
