Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: Mon - Thu 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm


  • Conduct regular price comparison to ensure products are obtained at competitive prices.
  • Facilitate procurement process and establish contracts where applicable.
  • Obtain 3 quotations from the suppliers
  • Liaise with suppliers and other institutions on matters relating to the supplies of products, inclusive of price and product discrepancies, urgent delivery, need for loan/trial.
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
  • Able to start work immediately or with 1-2 weeks of notice
  • Diploma holders in any discipline
  • Min. 2 years of procurement experience
  • SAP experience is a must
