Coordinate and manage all aspects of volunteer programmes, events, and trainings (online/onsite), including liaising with partners, sourcing vendors, and handling logistics for catering, printing, and other needs.
Develop and implement comprehensive volunteer engagement strategies that align with organisational initiatives, address volunteers' needs, and strengthen their capabilities through various initiatives.
Contribute to the planning and execution of client's annual volunteer recognition programme, including the appreciation event and award scheme.
Plan and conduct surveys to evaluate volunteer feedback of volunteer programmes and use insights to enhance future initiatives.
Conceptualise, prepare, and manage marketing and publicity materials to promote events, programmes, and training sessions effectively
Manage docent/volunteer related matters such as processing of volunteer identification cards, organising engagement sessions etc.
Manage and respond to queries in the volunteer enquiry inbox in a timely manner
Coordinate and maintain an up-to-date volunteer database and record-keeping system
Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting strategic organisational projects and initiatives.

Background in Arts, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or Social Sciences with minimum 2 years working experience
Experience in community engagement, partnerships, programming, volunteer management, organizing community-based events
Experience working with community groups, volunteers and/or social service sector will be advantageous
Dynamic, highly driven individual with strong communication, problem-solving, administration and project management skills
Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work on weekday evenings and weekends if required
