We are hiring Contract Customer Engagement Salesforce Executive) to be outsourced to reputable healthcare organisation!
:
Responsible for the operational administration of Sales Force Targeting, Sizing & Segmentation processes. To enable this, the person will be responsible for the profiling & segmentation of clientele to maximise sales.
Responsible for Sales Force Deployment & Alignment processes to maximize promotional value of the company brands via building efficient team structures and hierarchies and managing brand & customer alignments in Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools.
Responsible for Call Planning processes to increase sales effectiveness by enabling customer facing colleagues via SFA tools to prioritize customers and identify the best ways of engaging with them.
Manage Virtual Selling processes to enable and advance virtual communications and engagements between customer facing colleagues and customers
Manage and maintain Sales Force Automation systems including user support
Execute country projects on SFA releases or territory realignments, including supporting the roll-out of an in-market SFA solution
Maintain data structure in all associated internal databases in the realignment of internal Customer Facing structures to match external Customer changes.
Management and administration of Field Force Applications, e.g. SFA database function, problem solving and managing customer facing change requests
Responsible for the operational & administration functions of Sales Data Management (SDM) by maintaining, monitoring, updating & troubleshooting.
Provide better insights in term of data management and technical expertise to meet business goals and needs
Execute territory realignments & data structure maintenance in all associated internal databases.
Provide ongoing support & training for users
Customer Success demand tracking - manage key demand metrics KPI to track, regularly report on demand trend by businesses
Perform any other duties that may be assigned
Requirement:
Commercial experience (preferred minimum 2 years)
Operational business and process planning (minimum 2 years)
Computer skill set for managing and maintaining all SFA platform and database e.g. Veeva, Salesforce.com, SQL, Access
Experience in application support and/or application administration
IT literacy
Significant understanding of field based technology
Understanding of field force deployment processes preferred
Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing & sales processes preferred
Ability to work in a matrix environment
Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Word/ MS PowerPoint
Field based technology operational experience or knowledge
