: Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department : Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor Facilitate and manage assisgned projects within given deadline & budget Independent and resourceful.
