Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Perform data entry and update spreadsheets and databases.
- Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
