J.P. Morgan - 2022 APAC Career4Corp Challenge - Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program (Singapore)

Join the Career4Corp Challenge and you'll have the opportunity to deep dive into what it's like working across the Corporate Functions in J.P. Morgan and have the chance to be prioritized in the 2023 APAC Corporate Summer Internship assessment centre of your desired program of choice.

• Hear from senior business representatives about their experiences and how they address challenges for various business scenarios
• Find out what it's like to work at J.P. Morgan's through case studies and panel discussions
• Collaborate with other students at a case challenge session and develop solutions on selected business scenario(s)

The Corporate division is essential in ensuring the success of the bank and serve internal clients needing expertise to execute business management strategies. The various functions work together to deliver solutions to customers better, faster, cheaper and safer. We adopt innovative technologies and processes to improve customer service and quality and transform how we work. We build scalable, repeatable and resilient operational processes with robust controls. Our work leads to increased productivity and efficiencies for our clients and the firm.

J .P. Morgan has the following rotational programs within the Corporate division in the APAC region that will give students exposure to develop both the soft and hard skills needed to excel in the career of your choice.

• Corporate Analyst Development Program
• Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program
• Human Resources Analyst Development Program

Participants who perform well during the Case Challenge will have their application prioritized in the 2023 APAC Corporate Summer Internship assessment centre.

Event details (You will need to attend both sessions):

• Regional Kick off session: 27 September, 2022

Time: 3:30pm - 5:30pm (HKT/ SGT) * Case Challenge: 28 September, 2022

Time: 1 hour (Allocated time slot from 9am - 5pm HKT / SGT and will be shared closer to the date)
Who We Are Seeking

The Career4Corp Challenge is open to students with:

• Bachelor's Degree Program with a well-rounded academic background and an expected graduation between December 2023 and July 2024
• Interest in a career in financial services within Corporate functions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Holding the permanent right to work in Singapore is an advantage, however, candidates requiring visa sponsorship may still apply

• Selected students will be notified via email with next steps and you will be assigned groupings for the Case Challenge
