Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is expanding fast and seeking both trainee and experienced executive recruitment consultants. The jobs are based in Manila, Philippines (BGC). Key job responsibilities include:
As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you will be head-hunting candidates for our prestigious client base (multinational companies and large national companies).
You are involved in the complete recruitment process together with the clients.
You build a strong network and connections at a managerial level, with your clients as well as candidates.
You develop your own client base within one of the specialized divisions (Professional, Technology, Industrial, Consumer Goods or Health) through business development.
You will assess each candidate's suitability for a job opening through thorough pre-screening and interviewing before proposing them to clients.
You are also involved in negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
You will build long-lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates whilst reaching targets.
You will develop your Industry knowledge while getting involved in social media and networking activities. Job Requirements:
Minimum 0-1 year of experience in the following areas: Business, consultancy, finance, marketing, business development, sales, etc.
Bachelor's degree or higher from a leading University in the Philippines (or prestigious University abroad)
Studied abroad or overseas experience preferred
Fluent English, both oral and written, is a MUST. Other languages such us Mandarin will be an advantage.
Great communication skills and a sales attitude are a MUST. Previous sales or marketing experience will be an advantage.
A positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and ambition
Self-confident and Ambitious
A strong interest in people and people management
Can work independently, or as part of an energetic, exciting team of like-minded individuals
