What the role is:Business Incubator and Accelerator Department Facilitates and catalyses the development of new product ideas and business models by small competent cross functional teams, creates/introduces fundamental enablers for the tech stack and carries out enterprise upskilling to help existing business models and products operate and scale intelligently and efficiently. What you will be working on As a Product Operations Intern, you will play an important role in driving the adoption of in-house developed products, contributing to the improvement of operational efficiency within CPF Board and potentially across the whole of government. Your responsibilities will include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Cross functional collaboration: Collaborating with product management, engineering and design to discuss operational improvements and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Onboarding Support: Guiding and supporting internal users through the onboarding processes, thus empowering them to leverage on the products for enhanced productivity gains. \xe2\x80\xa2 Data Analysis and Reporting: Assisting in analysing and collecting data to support product performance evaluation and decision making. \xe2\x80\xa2Training and knowledge sharing: Participate to conduct training and sharing sessions with prospective users.What you will be working on:What you can expect During your internship with CPF Board, you can expect: \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning Opportunities: Gain valuable hands-on experience in supporting the operational aspects of product development and management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced Product Managers who are passionate about your development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure: You will be exposed to working with a young and vibrant Product Team in a government agency.What we are looking for:We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: \xe2\x80\xa2 Available Full time (5 days/week) \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing a studies in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or Business Administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong interest in technology and a desire to gain experience in Product Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive individual who has the ability to work both independently as well as effectively within a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
