About the Team Customer Contact Centre (CCC) Development Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is a critical part of the Customer Relations Group, consisting of three key teams: Customer Correspondence Unit, Call Centre, and Performance and Operations Support Unit. The working atmosphere at CCC is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions.What you will be working on:What you will be working on As a CCC Business Analytics Project Management Intern, your responsibilities will include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning and Design: Collaborating with the team to conceptualise and standardise the approach, governance, design, and implementation of processes, analytical methodologies, and systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Statistical Reporting: Preparing daily and monthly productivity and quality scorecards for Customer Service Executives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Management: Spearhead initiatives that make use of data to gather customer insights and improve customer experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stakeholder Management: Working closely and communicating clearly with stakeholders on expectations and deliverables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Research: Keeping abreast on current analytical trends and practices to improve existing processes. What you can expect During your internship with CPF Board, you can expect: \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning Opportunities: Gain valuable hands-on experience on and develop skills in data analytics, project and stakeholder management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals who are passionate about your development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure: You will be exposed to the inner workings of the public service sector and understand the critical role of Customer Contact Centre support in a government agency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Networking: Connect with professionals in the application field and build your network within the public service sector.What we are looking for:What we are looking for We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: \xe2\x80\xa2 Available Full time (5 days/week) \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong interest in data and a desire to gain experience in data and project management processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
