About the Team Customer Contact Centre (CCC) Development Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is a critical part of the Customer Relations Group, consisting of three key teams: Customer Correspondence Unit, Call Centre, and Performance and Operations Support Unit. The working atmosphere at CCC is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions.What you will be working on:What you will be working on As a CCC Business Analytics Project Management Intern, your responsibilities will include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning and Design: Collaborating with the team to conceptualise and standardise the approach, governance, design, and implementation of processes, analytical methodologies, and systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Statistical Reporting: Preparing daily and monthly productivity and quality scorecards for Customer Service Executives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Management: Spearhead initiatives that make use of data to gather customer insights and improve customer experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stakeholder Management: Working closely and communicating clearly with stakeholders on expectations and deliverables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Research: Keeping abreast on current analytical trends and practices to improve existing processes.
