About the Team Customer Contact Centre(CCC) Development Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is a critical part of the Customer Relations Group, consisting of three key teams: Customer Correspondence Unit, Call Centre, and Performance and Operations Support Unit. The working atmosphere at CCC is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions.What you will be working on:What you will be working on As a CCC Process Automation Intern, your responsibilities will include: * Planning and Design: Collaborating with the team to plan and design automated processes using different tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, and UiPath. * Development: Writing and coding automation scripts and programs to streamline administrative processes. * Problem-solving: Addressing challenges that may arise during the planning, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems. * Testing and validation: Ensuring that the automated processes are functioning correctly and efficiently through testing and validation procedures. * \xe2\x80\xa2 Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data and documentation related to automated processes. * \xe2\x80\xa2 Research: Staying informed about the latest automation trends and practices to improve processes and systems. What you can expect During your internship with CPF Board, you can expect: * Learning Opportunities: Gain valuable hands-on experience in tech recruiting, and develop skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. * Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals who are passionate about your development. * Exposure: You will be exposed to the inner workings of the public service sector and understand the critical role of Customer Contact Centre support in a government agency. * Networking: Connect with professionals in the application field and build your network within the public service sector.What we are looking for:What we are looking for We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: * Available Full time (5 days/week) * Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field or a related field. * A strong interest in technology and a desire to gain experience in tech automation process. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. * Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. * Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. * Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
