What the role is:About the Team Digital Services Department - Research and Data Analytics The Digital Services Department plays a pivotal role in managing the digital platforms of CPF Board and transforming the digital experiences of CPF members. The Research and Data Analytics (RDA) is a unit that drive the use of research and data to promote customer-centricity in digital products. As an intern with RDA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute to our efforts in leveraging data to enhance the digital experiences of CPF members. As a Digital Analytics Intern, your responsibilities will include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Extract and analyse CPF digital data using Adobe Analytics for insights and reporting, and assist in the review of the digital data tracking ecosystem. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use digital data analytics and reporting capabilities to create dashboards/ reports for monitoring and reporting the progress of the Board\'s metrics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support in the implementation of the analytics tracking for digital products, including performing user testing on the analytics tracking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.What you will be working on:During your internship with CPF Board, you can expect: \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning Opportunities: Gain valuable hands-on experience in digital data analysis and reporting using web analytics tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals who are passionate about your development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure: You will be exposed to the inner workings of the public service sector, and understand the critical role of driving digital data in a government agency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Networking: Connect with professionals in the digital data field and build your network within the public service sector.What we are looking for:We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: \xe2\x80\xa2 Available Full time (5 days/week) \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing studies in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong interest in technology and data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Power BI or other related web analytics, statistical or visualisation tools will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to details. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.About Central Provident Fund Board:At the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board, we believe in developing individuals who are inspired to do their life\'s best work, through 3Ps: Purposeful Work, Professional Growth, People & Culture.
