Jobscope:
- conduct Learning Needs Analysis with departments to identify learning needs and deploy approved learning plans. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Facilitate applications and grant calls for scholarships and educational sponsorships
- Forecast training budget and maximize external funding for scholarships and sponsorships
- Process payments, monitor, review the usage of training budget and submit claims for external sources of funding
- Manage scholarship and educational sponsorships
- Compile and compute the required statistics and reporting of scholars' progress
- Conduct sponsorship interviews with Nursing/Allied Health partners and intervention sessions
- Engage and participate in outreach programmes to build pipeline for future manpower needs
- Participate in hospital/ division/ department initiatives and projects
- Min Degree or equivalent. Preferably related to disciplines of training, business or behavioural sciences
- Min 2 years of experience in HR Development or Management
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage but not necessary
