Job Description
Work closely with Program Team and Instructors to schedule and create video assets for course program.
Assists in post-production work, including preparing graphics, inserting subtitles, syncing of audio files, creating title graphics and thumbnails as necessary.
Cataloguing of project files, ensuring proper labelling and archiving.
Support Instructors and Program Team during course workshops.
Assist in publishing course materials on Canvas.
Any other Ad Hoc duties related to course program.
This is an hourly-rated ($12/ hour) position.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and maintain focus on tasks with completion deadlines. Some experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas. Some experience with video editing tools and Microsoft office. Must be an innovative thinker and creative problem solver. Must be team player with great ideas to share and develop. * On-the-job training is provided.
