Sixtrees is a 20 year old company specializing in 3D interactive graphics and animation solutions such as VR, AR, Metaverse, Digital Twins and 3D explainer animation videos.


Full time or part time (lesser salary and roles) available.





Flexible Work Arrangement / Remote Friendly



Hybrid WFH Position (Average 3 to 4 days WFH / Return to office when needed or for Client Meetings etc)


Candidates who show good competency can almost be fully remote on day to day basis.





Roles and Responsibilities In General



Engaging Potential Client Enquiries with relevant technical knowledge and portfolios Pricing for Quotations and Tender submission preparations and Invoicing 1. Engaging Potential Client Enquiries


Learning and familiarizing with Company's products and services is critical. Monitor and respond to customer enquiries timely and professionally. Engage customers (online meetings, calls, and face to face), to understand their needs, and draw up relevant past samples to present, demo and ideate with clients. Organize and curate portfolios decks and samples to clients Convey clear and meaningful requirements back to the production teams for evaluation. Ability to ideate and create client proposal decks is a bonus



2. Pricing for Quotations and Tender Preparation Submissions (excluded if part time role)


Calculate pricings, prepare and send timely project quotations to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with project scope (hence business acumen is critical) Identifies and onboards freelancers or vendors when additional resources are required for projects Oversees and manages tender submissions to various job-bidding platforms such as Gebiz, Sesami, and Tenderboard etc Maintains record of incoming inquiries and values of quotations and awarded jobs Invoicing upon project completion
3. Basic Admin / Finance





Basic admin and book keeping duties collaborating with fulltime outsourced Finance Personnel Coordination with freelancers on loaning and returning of equipment

When candidate is competent and stable in his/her basic duties, he/she can be trained as per our freelancers and earn additional income per project.







Criteria for Role



having a background in, or demonstrating the ability to understand 3d domain and knowledge. detail orientated responsibile and able to work independently
