• To support the Credit Operations Agency teams in connection with amendment of loans agreements and processing arising from the suspension of LIBOR and their replacement by alternative rates. It is based in SG with a strong focus on Agent/syndicated transactions
• In coordination with project coordinator or management, the incumbent would be expected to :
• Adapt internal MS Excel loan cards and other documents to the new rate, test and ensure continuity / audit trail with earlier files to ensure operational readiness prior to the effective date
• Assist or handle loan rollovers and other related loan lifecyle operational tasks notably for facilities subject to amendments for ibor, performing rate fixing and calculations and notifying parties accordingly.
• Monitor the status and transition progress of transactions in the project scope, track project issues and record status updates
• Maintain relevant internal records and document storage to keep appropriate audit trail ;
• Potentially assist in dealing with lenders, borrower, legal counsel or other parties in all necessary matters relating to waiver or amendment requests under the loan documents, in connection with ibor rates cessation. This may include handling Q&As and seeking necessary consent level from lenders (and internal approval if applicable) according to standard Agent\'s principles, performing internal conformity checks and facilitating the execution of amended documents per counsel recommendations

Job Requirements

• Strong planning & organization skills (setup and follow schedules) or Project Management skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office
• Good understanding of Agent\'s position and role in a syndicated deal
• Comfortable in reviewing contractual loan agreements.
