- Providing excellent customer service and answering queries from shoppers
- Issuing gift vouchers/ redemption coupons to shoppers
- Ad hoc duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to commit to Working hours: 10am to 10pm (alternate days), including weekends as rostered*
