Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide assistance and general information to shoppers at the Customer Service Reception Counter or Concierge Desk.
- Handle the shoppers enquiry relating to the events and promotions at the shopping mall.
- Handle mall redemption programs such as vouchers, premiums and parking
- Assist in collating tenants\' gift voucher reimbursement.
- Assist in customer service on weekends, whenever necessary.
- Handling customer servcie related query and administering, Lost & Found items Answering incoming phone calls.
- Min Diploma and above
- Min 1-2 years of customer service reception experience with retail, shopping or service and fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Bubbly, friendly helpful and approachable personality
- Ex Cabin crew welcome
- MUST be able to commit to 2 rotating shifts
- Orchard MRT
- Gross Salary up to $3200 neg including of Shift allowance.
- Good bonus + attractive benefits.
- Uniforms provided.
- Willing to work 2 rotating shifts from 10am-6pm or 1pm-9pm
