Job Purpose:As a member of the Regional Business Transformation and Divestiture team, the key objective of this role is support the Entitlements review workstream and other Analysis and further deep-dives. These require close coordination and driving projects with various regional and country functions - and in some cases, global teams to ensure alignment and cadence.Job Background/context:The Regional Business Transformation team reports to the CEO of the Legacy Franchise with a remit to ensure the divestiture exercise is seamless. As part of this role, and working cross-functionally with various units, the team is responsible for tracking and delivering desired outcomes for various workstreams working towards divestiture. This role is intended to focus on ensuring entitlements reviews are completed as per transition planKey Responsibilities:

  • Support Divestiture program closely working with tech and IS/Cyber leads
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
  • Ensure effective management of the IS programs including metrics to provide early and timely detection, reporting, escalation and remediation of Risks and unresolved issues
  • Direct the development and delivery of secure solutions by coordinating with business and technical contacts
Person Specification
Knowledge/Experience:
  • 5-8 years as a Financial/Business analyst in a corporate role or 2-3 years in management consulting (analyst/senior analyst - pre B school)
  • Good understanding of Information security control areas
  • Experience in the area of transformation and change management (desirable)
  • Strong business and financial aptitude with proven quantitative, analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Well organized and attention to detail is paramount Skills: (technical skills)
Essential
  • Attitude to resolve problems working with multiple stakeholders and partners with proven analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills - all materials are for reviews/consumption at senior levels of the organization
Qualifications: (degree/certifications)Essential
Bachelor's degree in Business or FinanceDesirable
