About Our Client
This is an F&B company pioneering a novel coffee and quick-service dining concept. With meticulous HR groundwork, strategic hiring, and innovative operational systems, it swiftly established a formidable global presence and is newly venturing into the Singapore market.
- Establishing foundational HR practices for the organization while adhering to government regulations.
- Initiating the recruitment process for both managerial and crew positions.
- Facilitating the team on boarding experience, including presenting company background and preparing offer letters, among other tasks.
- Coordinating the arrangement of external market training sessions for managers.
- Implementing and overseeing the HRMS system.
- Managing crew recruitment for upcoming store openings.
- Supervising the HRMS system\'s functionality.
- Conducting team on boarding procedures, including company background presentations and offer letter preparations.
- Handling general administrative duties.
- Assisting in the establishment of the barista academy.
- Addressing any concerns identified within restaurant operations.
- Experience in the HR department as a generalist
- Must be familiar with MOM\'s employment laws with regards to blue collared workers and part time employment
- Comfortable with setting up new HR policies and SOPs
- Comfortable in a fast paced, start up environment
Possibility for conversion to perm
