6mths Contract Compliance (Maternity Cover)
Job Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Assist to maintain & Up keep name screening system data base and its generation of screening alerts and coordinate communications with other departments\xe2\x80\x99 users.
\xc2\xb7 Remind department to timely review AML/KYC reviews cases as they come due
\xc2\xb7 Assist download system report where necessary
\xc2\xb7 Assist to review client due diligence performed, when required
\xc2\xb7 Assist to review post transactions AML/CFT monitor alerts
\xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of AML/CFT related queries/survey and/or reporting of regulatory authorities, head office and local management
\xc2\xb7 Assist to escalate any potential regulatory breaches or non-compliance matters to the HOD
\xc2\xb7 Undertake other additional compliance/admin functions and duties as maybe assigned by the HOD
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Possess a Diploma/degree with 1-3 years of experience in AML within a banking environment
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MAS requirements and industry practices on AML/CFT would be desired
Salary: $4000 - $4500
Location: CBD
Working hours: office hours 5 weekdays
