Work closely with market teams and clients to understand the latest payment and benefits trends, clients' needs and digital journey expectation
To drive expansion, strategy, driving growth
Manage AP-led benefit programmes across markets
Responsible for revenue target such as marketing and other stakeholders in developing and exploring revenue opportunities
Other responsibilities like supporting ad hoc projects, client workshops etc.
Qualifications
Min 8-10years or more of working experience in credit, banking, or benefits management
Bachelor's degree or above
Deep understanding ofthe consumer credit landscape
Solid understanding of both consumer payments and merchant business drivers, experience in working with Sourcing Team and supplier negotiation is a plus
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate and manage diverse groups and
functions organized within different organizational reporting lines
