Possess at least Diploma or A levels or equivalent qualification, preferably degree
At least 3 years of relevant experience
(Staff without the necessary experience but with potential may first assume the post of Assistant Manager)

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the smooth running of Academic Administration activities
Job Scope:
External audits
Ø Ensure that processes are reviewed, documented and approved in accordance with ISO, CPE, EduTrust, ERF, BTEC and other relevant rules and regulations.
Ø Ensure that documentation and evidence are prepared for submission for external audit
Ø Coordinate and ensure the smooth conduct of actual audit
Academic Administration
Ø Assist the Director (Acad) in ensuring that department’s annual KPIs pertaining to teaching resource satisfactory rate and student satisfactory rate on teaching are met or exceeded
Ø Coordinate the setting up, administration and monitoring of academic calendar and timetabling processes taking into account the requirements of subjects, deployment of teachers and available facilities and resources
Ø Ensure good record keeping of documents e.g. teaching materials and records, course delivery and results records
Ø Organize and coordinate External Verifier visits across all courses
Ø Organize and coordinate Teachers, Examination and Academic Board and Academic Advisory Committee meetings and the necessary documentation arising therefrom
Ø Assist in reviewing, writing and communicating the administrative requirements of academic policies, procedures and processes
Ø Provide administrative support to Academic Staff and for internship programmes
Ø Oversee the recruitment and management of academic admin staff
Ø Provide counselling to students, if required
Any other duties assigned by the Employer, Management and/or Supervisor
