Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update academic department records, reports and documentation.
Coordinate exam and assessment scheduling, grading logistics, and result processing.
Collaborate with academic teams to review, develop, and enhance course syllabus and teaching materials.
Support quality assurance processes, including internal audits and compliance requirements.
Deliver lessons for assigned subjects in accordance with the institution's curriculum and standards.
Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, and assessments.
Monitor student performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in academic operations, curriculum development, or teaching is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management.
Meticulous, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
