Perform lifecycle activities for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), file, and user permissions, maintaining a consistent and efficient delivery approach.
Prioritize and handle Service Requests and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and responses.
Remediate incidents and escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
Ensure adherence to policies and standards while completing all tasks and duties.
Maintain accurate audit trails to support internal and external audits.
Monitor service levels and provide reports to the Head of IAM.
Assist in information collection, preparation, and reviews to support audit, certification, and access remediation.
Produce comprehensive IAM documentation suitable for various stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate IAM services, standards, processes, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and drive the function\'s development.
