Plan, define, award, and manage LQ and HVAC Engineering Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s technical deliverables for both basic engineering and detailed design, as well as their timely issuance to support construction and integration activities.
Planned, define, and awarded, and manage LQ / HVAC Vendor\xe2\x80\x99s technical deliverables and equipment delivery to achieve overall project schedule targets. Manage interfaces, and interact/deconflict with other contractors.
Identify and ensure execution of the LQ/HVAC engineering scope of work in accordance with the legal obligations, contract terms, scope of work, technical requirements, and company policy.
Ensure compliance with Safety Studies recommendations and best practices.
Anticipate and escalate raw material with supply issues to purchasing community/affiliates to ensure supply is not being disrupted.
Follow up and track outstanding materials.
Maintaining accurate planning parameters in the system.
Participate in root cause analysis and recovery plan for inventory excesses and obsolescence.
Manpower arrangement.
Implement/refine policies and guidelines for recruitment, transfers, internships, and temp staff management.
Coordination between construction, QA, yard, and engineering.
LQ & HVAC punch clearing.
