Job Description


:

Responsibilities:

  • Check, verify and process expense claims
  • Assist in data entry
  • Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers
  • Assist in preparing payment to suppliers
  • Assist in procurement matters
  • Assist in audit matters
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Filing of documents
  • Banking of cheques
  • Any adhoc Accounts & Admin duties as assigned
Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum Diploma holder preferably with 1 year experience
