You will be critical in referring the right candidates to clients Your role includes screening & shortlisting of talents, to coordinating and conducting interview for candidates through Face to Face / phone / virtual, including reference checks and administering of Letter of Offer Identifying and engaging with prospective candidates at all levels Sourcing (direct, referrals, social media platforms, job boards and existing database in ATS), screening, scheduling and coordinating interviews, feedback management, extending and negotiating offers Perks: Transparent progression scheme in earning uncapped monthly commission Paid incentive trips!
