Department/Role Description:
Our Account Development Representatives fuel the revenue engine for MuleSoft -- creating new opportunities with a best-in-class software sales team through collaborative account planning and engagement with C-Level and Executive stakeholders in Fortune 100 companies.

Your goal will be to apply pipeline generation skills to identify and prospect new and existing customers in medium and large-sized companies. With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their business goals and identify how MuleSoft can help them.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute a pipeline generation plan together with Account Executives
  • Active collaboration with various field teams to identify new opportunities
  • Account research to identify target buyers with potential solutions
  • Prospect and engage with new and existing customers to qualify new opportunities
  • Develop Account Point Of View (POV) and identify use cases on MuleSoft solution fit
  • Accurately forecast monthly pipeline generation
  • Improve as a team through best practice sharing and process improvement
Minimum Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in business development or equivalent sales experience
  • Business level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong commercial acumen in understanding how companies operate
  • Prior success in prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Track record of exceptional performance against KPIs and Targets
  • Sales-focused, strategic thinking with a bias towards action
  • Experience within SaaS, sales, account management or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
