Job Description

• Monday to Friday (9am to 5.45pm)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in Financial Accounting field
• Preferable with SAP knowledge
• Diploma in relevant discipline
• Able to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial analysis data within the deadline.
• Maintain the general ledger in accounting activities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in month/year-end closing
• Assist in quarterly consolidation package
• Daily system operation in general ledger
• Balance Sheet account reconciliation
• Assist and liaise with auditor for annual and quarterly audit
• Daily system operation in account payable maintenance
• Supplier and customer master data maintenance
• Assist in cashflow maintenance and projection report
• Assist in corporate income tax data preparation
• Assist in GST report data
• Assist in annual inventory stock take
• Ad-hoc support for all accounting and finance duties
