Job Description
- Working Hour : Mon- Fri 9am-6pm
- Location : BEACH ROAD (Bugis / Nicoll Highway)

Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, including monthly & yearly accounting closing.
- Responsible for the full assist in year-end audit including preparation of year-end audit schedules.
- Prepare vendor payment and timely recording of vendor invoices.
- Process petty cash float requests, staff expenses claims, and ensure all payments made are captured in the system.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission for quarterly GST return.
- Process monthly payroll and CPF Submission including attendance checking and overtime processing.
- Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- HR administration such as data entry, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
- Administration on foreign workers work pass application and renewal
- Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
