We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR & Admin Officer to join our client\'s team in the construction industry, specialized in geotechnical work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with key stakeholders, overseeing the hiring and HR administration of the company.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the General Manager on all HR matters, including recruitment, termination, and liaison with manpower agencies
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including publishing job advertisements on various platforms
Plan and coordinate employee training, including scheduling and registration
Manage employee probation and promotion processes
Maintain and update HR database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications & Other Requirements:
Higher NITEC or Higher in Business Management or Human Resource Management
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
