Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure overall financial compliance and maintenance of accounting records.
2. Learn and use accounting software
3. Support with the timely and accurate closing of monthly financial accounts, comprising Account Payables, Account Receivable and General Ledger function and preparation of audit schedules
4. Bank Reconciliation and monitoring of AR AP aging.
5. Review and exercise Credit control for customers.
6. Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirement
1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office, eg. Excel and Word
3. Clear understanding of accounting standard and practices
4. Able to communicate in written and verbal for English and Chinese.
5. Organised, meticulous and detailed.
6. 5 day work week.
7. Fresh graduates are welcomed for junior position.
