Job Description

Reports To: AccountantThe Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the full sets of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role involves working with ACCPAC software for accounting processes, with the potential to transition to a new system in the future.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

• Maintain detailed records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.

• Prepare financial statements and other reports as required for management review.

• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures and systems.

• Report directly to the Accountant, providing support and insights for decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience in managing full sets of accounts.

• Proficiency in ACCPAC software; openness to learning and transitioning to new accounting systems.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle a reasonable volume of transactions with minimal overtime.
