Salary: Up to $3,500 Accounts Executive (Job ID: 18123) : Be involved and assist in the full set of accounts Verify and prepare expense claims, payments, and billing Assist with payment and collection transactions Assist with monthly/yearly closing, and financial reporting Assist with bank reconciliation, Corporate Tax, and GST filing Assist with inter-company billing Support senior/managers to liaise with auditors, banks, professional service vendors and Headquarters counterparts for account activity matters related matter including financial reporting Handle proper filing of all documents in both hardcopy and softcopy Ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the supervisor Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in accountancy At least 2 years of hands-on account experience Familiar with Singapore FRS and Corporate Tax Experience in EPR systems is a must Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. function and formula) Experienced in the financial industry is an advantage Familiar with the Japanese audit system The incumbent should be meticulous, analytical Able to work independently and under pressure A team player and have proactiveness Interested applicants, please send your resume to Charlene (R22105303) at [HIDDEN TEXT] with the email subject header ' Job Application for 18123, Accounts Executive '.
