Job Description



Main Activities:

  • Manage and overseeing day to day accounting activities which includes billing and purchasing activities
  • Ensure timely payment and collection and cash management
. Prepare Monthly Payroll
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow Statement and any ad-hoc reports as required
  • Manage tax, audit or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties
  • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation and make necessary recommendation to the Management

Qualifications / Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals, controls and management reporting
  • Prior experience in IT Project Industry
  • Experience in MS Dynamics 365 system will be an added advantage
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Experience in strengthening internal control and process improvement
