- Perform day-to-day Accounts Payable functions
- Handle outgoing payments in the system timely and accurately
- Assist in monthly accounts closing
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma in Accounting or ACCA equivalent professional certificate with min. 3-year working experience
- Analytical, meticulous, independent, a team player and able to follow instructions well.
- Strong attention to details & accuracy
- Able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines
- Preferable experience in SAP B1 and Microsoft Office applications such as Pivot tables, v-lookups etc
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Availability to work on short notice preferable
