- Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly Bank, AP & AR & fixed asset & inventory reconciliations
- Perform credit review of customers
- Perform regular fixed assets physical count & tagging
- Prepare accounting journals, monthly schedules and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Prepare audit schedules
- Participate in monthly stock take
- Prepare quarterly GST returns
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Relevant experiences
- At least Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
