About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team to manage and nurture relationships with our existing EPOS clients, with the primary goal of upselling, cross-selling, and increasing account value. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze diverse business models, identify gaps, and deliver value-added solutions that drive both client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management

• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning EPOS solutions accordingly.

2. Upselling & Cross-Selling

• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell EPOS solutions.

• Match client needs with additional offerings to maximize value delivered.

3. Account Growth

• Partner with clients to develop and execute strategic account roadmaps.

• Identify expansion opportunities to increase revenue and deepen client engagement.

• Collaborate with team leads to define and implement account growth strategies.

• Work cross-functionally with various departments to execute client growth initiatives.

4. Sales Target Achievement

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines using CRM tools such as HubSpot.

• Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales preferred.

(Fresh graduates or career switchers with strong passion for sales are welcome to apply!)

• Exposure to the F&B, Retail, or Services industry is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite clients.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic with a "never say die" attitude.

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
