Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility to manage and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients such as Insurers, TPA, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Maritime
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and grow collaboration with existing client accounts, including upselling and cross selling.
  • Provide excellent customer service to fulfil the needs of the client.
  • Ensure clients receive requested products / services in a timely manner.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Monitor and analyse client’s usage of Speedoc products / services.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for working with the Business Development (BD) to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
  • Manage internal stakeholders in fulfilling the needs of the clients.
  • Ensure complete documentation from BD and create folder in shared google drive
  • Issue invoice to clients & ensure timely settlement.
