As an Assistant Account manager/Account Manager you will be part of the team that helps to drive insights and recommendations for your clients to help grow both the company\xe2\x80\x99s and clients\xe2\x80\x99 business through Ascentis\xe2\x80\x99 CRM software. Taking full ownership and being the main point of communication between internal teams and your clients through:


Account management
  • Understanding and Mastery of CRM tools to help your clients drive the business to achieve set KPIs
  • Understand client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements to align with client\xe2\x80\x99s strategic business objectives
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving- able to think out of the box, suggesting various solutions and recommendations to resolve any issues encountered
Operations
  • Timely execution and management of change requests between internal and external stakeholders and work closely with support team to make sure outstanding issues reported by customers are resolved on time
  • Review and highlight action points for reoccurrence issues with both internal and external stakeholders
Strategic planning
  • Perform analysis on CRM metrics with the objective of increasing, customer retention, acquisition and sales
  • Quarterly business reviews with key accounts to plan and strategize growth and implement best practices
Commercial and business development
  • Identify and implement cross selling and up selling opportunities ensuring profitability of the accounts assigned.
  • Ensure payment milestones are follow up accordingly \xe2\x80\x93 manage respective Account Receivables on a regular basis
  • Foster and nurture new long term client relationships while maintaining strong channel relationship with our existing partners and developing new revenue streams

Qualifications


Soft skills You would be a awesome fit if you Have a keen interest in CRM, and is excited about all things digital (we cover everything from retail, to food to fashion!) Hold at least a diploma of any discipline- we don\xe2\x80\x99t mind if you\xe2\x80\x99re fresh out of the oven! We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for confidence, good communication skills and teamwork!
